Good morning, Kiki,

Finally, two weeks since our return, I'm feeling a bit more back to regular old life in Colorado.  Our month-long trip in China/Tibet was full of new sights, cultures, experiences  Surprisingly (to me anyway), we find ourselves more absorbed with discussing the Tibet portion of the trip than the rest of it to curious and interested friends.  For me, more intensely different and less-westernized than China, even though few of our friends, most of whom do a lot of traveling themselves, haven't seen or considered seeing the parts of China we were in.

As to your service, the initial decision to use your company was due in large part to your responsiveness to my inquiries.  Quick, timely responses in conversant English.  Thank you.  With the uncertainty of the TTP, your assurances that we would get a full refund or alternative trip was also re-assuring.  Our confidence was well-placed upon arriving in Tibet and learning that we were snowed out of our preferred, chosen trek.  Our guide, Sonam's initial reaction to adverse weather, was to have us stay in Lhasa the whole time and do day trips, which really seemed sad given our interest in getting out and hiking and seeing more than monasteries.
